3. U.S.-Only Services

We provide services exclusively to clients located in the United States. We do not accept international clients or foreign requests of any kind. All work is performed with strict adherence to U.S. legal and ethical standards. We do not—and will not—provide services that could be used for foreign intelligence gathering or unlawful surveillance.

4. Western Due Diligence is not a Consumer Reporting Agency

Western Due Diligence LLC is not a Consumer Reporting Agency (CRA) as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Our reports and services may not be used for employment screening, tenant screening, credit eligibility, insurance underwriting, or any purpose governed by the FCRA. You agree not to use our services in any way that violates the FCRA or any similar federal or state laws. Misuse may result in termination of service and legal action.

5. Lawful and Responsible Use

You agree to use our services and any information provided only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for determining the legal permissibility of your use and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Guarantees

7. No Client Accounts or Online Storage

We do not maintain client login portals or store personal data through this website. All client communications and work are handled securely through direct channels such as telephone, email, and mail. No sensitive information is submitted or processed through this website.

All client matters are handled confidentially. We do not share findings or client communications with third parties unless required by law, subpoena, or court order. Reasonable safeguards are maintained to protect the privacy and integrity of all client-related information

All content on this website, including, but not limited to, language, layout, and design, may not be reused or reproduced without written permission from Western Due Diligence LLC.

10. Refund Policy

This website does not publish or imply any general refund policy. All payment terms, including any refund or cancellation conditions, are governed exclusively by the written agreement or invoice provided to the client. Unless expressly stated in such documentation, investigative work is considered non-refundable once initiated.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Western Due Diligence LLC, including its owner, agents, and affiliates, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with:

(b) your violation of these Terms of Service or any written agreement or contract entered into with Western Due Diligence LLC; or

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your relationship with the company and your use of the website and its services.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Thurston County, Washington, USA.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
